Rare pair of solid mahogany chairs with rectangular openwork backs decorated with finely fluted columns ending in capitals supporting arcatures. The horseshoe-shaped seat rests on four fluted spindle feet connected to the cross pieces by flowered dice.


Upholstery redone by our craftsman upholsterer (natural horsehair) and covered with silk from Tassinari and Chatel.

The two chairs are stamped under the crosspieces " G. Iacob " for " Georges Jacob ".
